Its user interface is confusing. It's expensive.

The various features like reimbursement details, tax declaration, salary description and a salary slip download(payroll), leave details and can apply for leaves are helpful for the employee.

I have been using greytHR for the last four years, and I found all the features it provides helpful and good, but one thing I would want it to improve is the user interface.
