What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite part of Google Meet is how quick and easy it is to join meetings without any complicated setup. The audio and video quality is also quite stable most of the time, which makes daily meetings more comfertable.

What do you dislike most about this product?

One thing I dislike about Google Meet is that some useful featuers are limited in the free version, and the pricing can feel a bit costly for smaller teams. Sometimes screen sharing and background effects also lag on lower internet speed.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would recommend Google Meet to anyone looking for a simple and reliable meeting platform, especially if they already use Google services. Just make sure to check the pricing and feature limits properly before choosing it for a bigger team or long-term use.

The integration with your own domain creates an easy way to manage your organization, an the email management is so intuitive that it does not require a dedicated admin

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

You can control each module activation per user, allowing a better control but you must keep in mind that the availability of each module depends of your current plan.

What do you dislike most about this product?

They do not include all features from the starter plans, the record call functionality is not present on starter plan while in other brands is a default function.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If the budget is an issue you cant begin with the starter plan, like 6 USD per user /month, but you must check if all functionalities are included on that plan. Also if you need a complete suit to integrate to your own domain is a perfect ecosystem to manage users, email and meetings.

What differentiates Google Meet from other similar products?

I have tried nearly every video tool out there, but that one can win every time, thanks to the use of google calendar. Zoom compels me to create a link, copy it, and paste it into an invitation. With this, i have to simply press a button that says add video conferencing, and everything just works. It is the most productive tool on the planet, as it eliminates those little micro tasks and makes the process of creating an invitation ultra-sm.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I think the companion mode feature is the best feature, in my opinion; once i am in the office conference room, i can join the meeting on my laptop with companion mode on and show a google slide deck, which makes me feel a lot more confident during a presentation, and i can see my notes and the listeners simultaneously. The presentation tools are also very good, and i can present a google slide deck in the middle of a meeting, which makes me feel more confident when.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I hate the few customization choices of recording layouts. Whenever you record a meeting, you are virtually recording the person0speaking and the presentation, but you cannot create the custom look or the grid structure of the final video file.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

When you work within the google workspace, it should certainly take advantage of all your meetings. The convenience aspect is unparalleled, and it works wonderfully on all devices. It is a serious suggestion to any present-day office team.
