What differentiates Google Meet from other similar products?

Google Meet offers a number of features that set it apart from other video conferencing solutions. Firstly, it is integrated with Google’s other products, such as Drive and Calendar, making it easier to plan and manage meetings. Additionally, Google Meet has a “tiled” view which allows up to 16 participants to be seen at once, as well as a host of other features, such as background blur, low-light mode, and end-to-end encryption. Additionally, it provides a number of accessibility-enhancing tools, including closed captioning, screen-sharing, and live transcription.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The fact that Google Meet is so immensely user-friendly and simple to use is my favourite feature. Additionally, I appreciate the variety of options that make it flexible and practical for meetings, including the capacity to share displays, engage in voice or video chat, or even record the session. Last but not least, I value that it can be viewed from any device and is free to use.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The fact that Google Meet had less capabilities than competing video conferencing systems was something I didn't enjoy. It does not, for instance, provide whiteboarding, virtual backdrops, or screen sharing. The user interface is also less user-friendly than on certain other platforms.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

1. Use the waiting room feature to control who joins the meeting. 2. Use the calendar integration to easily schedule and join meetings. 3. Use the breakout rooms feature to split into smaller groups during meetings. 4. Use the Q&A feature to quickly answer questions during meetings. 5. Use the whiteboard feature to collaborate on ideas during meetings.

Best thing is that no different app is required. Can open from Google Apps directly.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Favorite aspect is can start meeting from Google Sheets itself. No need to launch Google Meet to share.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The only thing is e-sign facility online live or ability to be legalised.

One of the top products. Must use for all business owners.
