We can ask the survey questions right away with its customizable options that keep you very organized, the results are already excellent. We are notified when someone responds to forms. Google Forms software is amazing at collecting data simply and easily, we use it internally as part of our CRM to collect accurate information and data from projects and leads. We can easily access the data in real time, users don't have to go through the stress of downloading an app or anything like that, we save on developer payments and other apps.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

What excites me most about Google Forms software is its incredibly powerful tool to collect data from team members, potential customers in a very organized and effective way. Amazing features in Google forms software and drag and drop form creation is very efficient, we don't need any coding, great simple interface that can be improved to make everything more complete, we can create many different forms. It is very intuitive on notebooks, tablets and cell phones and very light, we can integrate with other Google services, such as google drive, google spreadsheets, among others.

What do you dislike most about this product?

No software is flawless that cannot be updated over time, but the Google Forms software is almost flawless with all features and tools and in its integration with other Google services. For better user experience in Google Forms software, it can develop new functions and integration with other software options.

So I have to interact with a lot of analysts daily in order to get project development introduction. I have set a proper format through which I get answer to every question and it notifies me on mail when someone fills a form. This has made my job very easy.
