What differentiates Google Forms from other similar products?

Google Forms is the simplest to setup survey platform, I have used. I think anyone who can surf the internet can basically use Google Forms.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like the support for collaboration which Google Forms provide. Being able to work on surveys with other users in real time , is helpful within an office environment.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It obviously lacks the advanced analytical data provisions and features, present on substitute survey programs . However, one can argue that Google Forms is free and that any better survey program is paid for.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

For those quick survey campaigns , Google Forms is the first tool which comes to mind.

Easy-to-use and has more features than other apps In the market.

Light-weight on mobile devices and it's cloud-based.

What do you dislike most about this product?

When used for quizzes, students might find their way to revealing the answers.

Follow the official product tutorials and forums for best practices and troubleshooting.

What differentiates Google Forms from other similar products?

It is convenient to work with other Google products so you can create a survey and send it to your organization right away. Also, because it has a simple design, there are no additional functions and only the necessary functions are prepared, so I think it is also attractive that you can operate it meaningfully without looking at the explanation.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It is very attractive that you can easily create a questionnaire form. You can easily create it without any special configuration using the GUI. In addition to simply completing a questionnaire, you can collect the answers you received and publish statistical information, and by linking to Google Spreadsheets, you can send the results of the answers to Excel and analyze them yourself freely. It is highly recommended that you can use the questionnaire function without creating a special WEB page and without creating a questionnaire form.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It is good that there are many types of options as buttons, but it is a drawback that it is difficult to understand what the image will look like. Even if you don't actually move each option, it would be nice to have an easy-to-understand explanation when creating the questionnaire.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I use it when I have to take a questionnaire to employees at an internal social gathering. It is very convenient because content that used to be counted manually by answering questionnaires via email, etc. can now be added at a glance. When reporting to the site, instead of asking each person to respond via email, we requested a response in the form of a Google Form response, and the response rate increased dramatically. Sending any simple content via email takes a certain amount of time and effort, so I think it was good to reduce the burden by using a form.
