What differentiates Google Forms from other similar products?

Google form is free and can be accessed from anywhere and have very nice analytics with a very simple design

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

the analytics provided by google form is the best I can get from any tool

need to improve UI also needs to add features.

What differentiates Google Forms from other similar products?

Google Forms is easy to use for creating forms and surveys. You can access simple visualizations of the data and customize the layout and questions. It is possible to add a company logo and also to change privacy settings. The data collection is straightforward and exports easily to Google Spreadsheets, PDF, etc. for viewing and presentation sharing.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like how it is easy to set up different kinds of questions (e.g. multiple choice, long-form answers, checkboxes). It is easy to personalize for the brand (logo, photo, etc.) and intuitive to set up. You can also add other collaborators and view as a test user before sending out. Customers are generally familiar with the product and understand with minimal instructions how to fill out.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I wish there were more customizations available in terms of background and layout and more granular analytics.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The price is right! And it's easy to use and intuitive. Really appreciate the ability to add and change questions at any time and view individual or aggregate responses. It also integrates easily with other Google products (Google Drive, etc.) for collaboration in teams.

What differentiates Google Forms from other similar products?

It's integration with G-Suite and with Google Sheets are simply the best. If you are already a G-Suite shop, then this is a great product to use.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The G-Suite Integration.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It lacks some features you would want from a survey only type of product.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you are not familiar with forms, try it out first before adopting this as your enterprise platform for survey functions. But, it fits a niche with it's many other features and G-Suite integration that many others simply do not have. If your business is looking for a full-featured data survey platform that you will be using daily, then this is probably not the best choice. But, if you are looking at its integrations with Google Sheets or other Google services then it may be your best fit for occasional surveys.
