Other products are more expensive but fulfill business requirements.

What do you dislike most about this product?
Almost everything. Too many issues to list but here are some: Cannot handle Big Data., CSV.files, Way too many limitations to creating simple calculations and standard visualizations. -- cannot customize the look and feel. Organization of metrics and Sharing metrics is very difficult within teams. UX / UI clunky and limited capabilities. Mapping capability is focused on US only. MAQL is not elegant.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Good for small datasets. Good for basic analyses. Affordable - less expensive than Tableau. Support team seems to be responsive.
