What differentiates Gong from other similar products?

Gong is an excellent way to monitor the calls of your sales team, train new employees, and coach those who are currently on your sales team.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love the auto generated captions of calls. It makes finding a certain point in a call easy when there is one section that you want to review.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I don't have anything that comes to mind about what I dislike.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend using this product for overall team improvement
