What is your favorite aspect of this product?

We needed process automation software and in this search, we tried different tools before it but when we made the decision to invest in G1ANT it proved that it was the best option. What do you dislike most about this product?

From start until now the thing I miss was that there are not enough tutorials and resources available. We had to speak with the G1ANT person directly while we were learning the new program since we were unable to locate what we needed on our own. Moreover, the interface with Google Drive doesn't appear to operate consistently.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There are many features that most people and I won't ever utilize, but on the other side, it opens up incredible possibilities for expert users. There is much room for improvement, but generally, it does what it's supposed to do. I have no complaints since everything is simple and easy to understand.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Thanks to the time saved, I can schedule anywhere from six to ten meetings each day by not spending two to three hours each day updating my customer relationship management system and looking for new leads each day. The firm I work at uses it for much more than just billing and marketing and producing reports.
