What differentiates Fishbowl Warehouse from other similar products?

It provides absolutely no customer support after the purchase, even when it is explicitly paid for, which is pretty unique as most products offer at least some support.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It didn’t crash some of the time

What do you dislike most about this product?

Deceptive business practices, promises never fulfilled, extremely expensive, horrible implementation, ownership and management that are unwilling to provide any kind of help or support when a client encounters challenges. Narrowing down what I dislike most is actually challenging as there is so much to choose from.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Do not purchase it under any circumstances. One of the worst business decisions we have made in the past 30 years. Feel free to reach out to me for more info, I’m happy to share.
