What differentiates FatPipe SD-WAN from other similar products?

They are the inventors of SD-WAN more than 25 years ago! They take GREAT care for their clients unlike most of these companies that care about one thing: Selling their products and then only coming back when they want to sell more. Fatpipe support is top notch and the owners treat EVERY client despite size with the utmost care!

What differentiates FatPipe SD-WAN from other similar products?

Fatipipe is much easier to install compared to a dedicated link. We have used this service connecting Central America to Mexico. The solution has been very beneficial since if there is saturation or high latency in service, it automatically changes, giving continuity to the operation.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Fatpipe is a tool that has been on the market for several years. The way to create tunnels for SDWAN is easy to configure. The monitoring portal is very accessible and attractive. An administrator can easily configure the priority to select the most reliable channel. Additionally, the tool shows the latency of the links, which makes it easier to select and configure the priority of the links in a better way.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The tool has been on the market for several years; however, the graphical interface can improve, the management and administration are easy to use, but graphically it could be better.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Product is good and also satisfactory support provided. Support staff to be more technically well equipped with knowledge about the product and provide instant solutions for problems raised.
