Easy use with intuitive user interface and excellent workflow management systems and easy to track processes from a centralized platform.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Excellent data management system and easy planning and budgeting for multiple production processes and best resource allocation tool which enhances productivity and ensure timely delivery and improved customer relationship.

What do you dislike most about this product?

No dislikes. Easy to use product and user friendly interface that is professionally designed for easy navigation with best integration easy to track orders from creation to delivery and easy to make and create reports.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Great tool for your work and highly cost effective product with excellent out-of-the-box ERP capabilities and it offers lots of customization with effective workflow management and easy financial accounting systems.

What differentiates Epicor Kinetic from other similar products?

I use it in the company, for a main software package that is used throughout the organization and administration for equipment maintenance, production management, work, in all advanced programming, in engineering management. It uses MS SQL, LLS and C consists of a quality assurance, scheduling, file management, inventory management, purchasing management, financial, multiple currencies.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Epicor ERP has a set of tools which allow us to customize the software to meet our needs. There is no need to manually type the queries as BAQ makes it easy and they can use the different ways in the software, including dashboards, searches, etc.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The costs are higher than other software, also some actions are permanent such as the closing of a job, so that when an accident occurs the process can be complicated.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Epicor ERP, it is good to use it in companies that buy components from different places, like our company. I can also very easily export to an Excel spreadsheet and manipulate it from there for analysis.

What differentiates Epicor Kinetic from other similar products?

Finance, purchasing, receiving, AR, production and shipping are some of the aspects for which we use Epicor in the company, this allows us to have a follow-up. With the customization tools that are incorporated this allows great flexibility in adapting the system to unique environments.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

One of the best things about Epicor is that it meets our business needs with many of the tools it offers, customizing the software to our liking. It has programming capabilities within the system which allows us to process many orders using the same amount of resources.

What do you dislike most about this product?

You just need to have some experience with this software to be able to use it as it should, some new employees at the company have had a hard time using it as it has many different features and tools that could be a bit complicated to use.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It integrates very well with the company, ideal for organizations that buy components from different places. You can also track hours to see how your business is doing. The projects carried out are unique with Epicor. Good management of design work has been achieved.
