Set it and forget it, it simply works!

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is a bit of learning curve on the terminology and setup, but nothing too bad.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Just do it, your staff will thank you.

What differentiates Ecessa WANworX from other similar products?

The incredible support is what helps this product stand apart. We do not have a networking expert on our team, but we could have an intern set up one of these devices because the support team is so good and will help you through every step and ask the questions that we aren't knowledgeable enough to ask.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love how easy it is to setup a new location with these devices and have them work on best effort connections like cable and dsl.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I do wish that they had dual controllers so you could make changes to the software and updates without it being disruptive.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Call the support teams of both products and ask some tough questions. If you do this you will buy the Ecessa product for sure. Hands down they have the best support.

Not tied into vendor contracts for other services.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

the mutli wan vpn setup between remote locations.

What do you dislike most about this product?

cost is a bit high.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

run a proof of concept and iron out the configuration. we had an issue with bandwidth between sites that took a few weeks to figure out with support.
