It takes away a lot of general questions in customer support teams.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The maintenance is still constant but needed in order to improve the product.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It takes away a lot of the effort of customer services, the maintenance of the product doesn't way to the effort it takes away due to the implementation.
