What differentiates Dynamics 365 Customer Insights from other similar products?

Dynamics 365 Customer Insights work like a business; it creates charts for management. It provides precise data for thorough analysis, and filters help find the data you need. The best part is the Office 360 and SharePoint integration. With it, we get a complete picture of our clients. Account identification and sales are both aided by this feature’s use. It’s vital to know how to use the software. In the absence of instruction, Dynamics 365 Customer Insights may be a challenge to succeed. But we enjoyed tracking KPIs and did a good job. It allows us to expect their needs and improve future interactions.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights collects data from multiple sources and turns it into actionable insights. Customer service is outstanding. This was something I’d never seen before from any other ERP/CRM team, and it was awe-inspiring. Mobile phones, computers, and web browsers are all acceptable methods of accessing it. It becomes more straightforward and more effective. Many CRM, including service, can use several same tools. Field Service now has better scheduling capabilities. It’s ideal for managing sales and marketing. It also allows us to better track lead management and create a customer relations program.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights requires a significant time and financial investment. Creating customer profiles is a time-consuming process. It can be challenging to determine the specifics, especially when conducting a more in-depth analysis. The situation, however, is getting better.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights, an excellent tool anyone can use to ensure it works for them, is impressive. It doesn't have many data sources it can support out of the box, which is disappointing. Yet, it is worth getting some training to utilize the software entirely. Microsoft also offers a demo version of the software, which you can access.
