What differentiates Dynamics 365 Customer Insights from other similar products?
Essentially, it differs in the sheer breadth of components that it offers to the user. For a product this all-encompassing and useful, you'd almost expect it to be difficult to get used to and make regular use of. Thankfully, that is not the case at all.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
All things considered, I like the fact that Microsoft has designed it to be so user friendly.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There's nothing that I honestly dislike about this product, apart from maybe the fact that it offers some elements that are a complete waste or are not being used to their full potential in a small business like mine. All in all, however, that's not a big deal.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would advise anyone considering this product to seriously consider it, if it seems to meet their needs. It's definitely worth the cost. I would also advise a potential buyer to truly read up on everything that the product has to offer, to ensure that if they do elect to go with the product they are ultimately using it to its full potential.

What differentiates Dynamics 365 Customer Insights from other similar products?
UI is very plain and clear, consistent experience across all entities
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Full integration with Outlook for emails and calendar.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Hard to manage users and permissions due to the many customizations available.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I think that whether you are a start-up, small business, or large business, this software will work for you if you customize it to your specific needs. It is easy to use, and training is a breeze.
