What differentiates Dropbox Business from other similar products?

We work in an organized way due to the fact that we share all the files that goes hand in hand with their synchronization. Using Dropbox we stop sending files by email and the latest version of each file is always up to date. Its ability to instantly sync between devices makes it easy to share information and also provides a great backup solution.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

We can highlight its connectivity speed which is very high with a level of security which generates confidence for file protection. Good permissions management. The speed was sufficient to work directly on the cloud files without problems. Cloud files were integrated directly into the native OS file browsing.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Very large files can be somewhat slow to upload or download. It would be an excellent improvement if the storage space offered to us for that price was of greater capacity, the price could be more accessible, Changing the Dropbox location is a bit complicated. Also, when a user accidentally deletes some files, it is not easy to find the problem to restore data.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

We changed platform when we found out about Dropbox because we had already been looking for something to replace Google drive, when we saw this interface it caught our attention because of the added security (it shows us trust). We use it in projects in which we work, we have the new versions of the program, I use it in applications and business relationships with the daily backup that offers us.
