What differentiates Domo from other similar products?

Domo integration with any source is what rove us into implementing it. We can centralize data into one place and make good descions based on the data collected to drive our business to greater heights. Its user interface is friendly and not limited when it comes to features. It does automate all our manual work of updating data into our database and CRM which makes it our best tool.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Domo helps us to feed our databases and CRM with information to make smart decisions from the reports we receive. It is an incredible tool to use to collect data and has worked perfectly for us. We can visualize data easily and get details we need fast. Its integration with many programs made it a resourceful tool in our organization that we can depend on. We have been able to centralize all our data in order to keep monitoring the overall performance of our organization.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It is time consuming to customize reports, but worth using it since it has decreased the hassle of collecting data.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Domo helps to keep our organization database up to date, and i love that data collection is a breeze. We have been able to make smart decisions and amazed how everything about this tool is easy to use.
