What differentiates Dokmee DMS from other similar products?

Dokmee is an easy to use document management system that adapts to any kind of business models.It is flexible and maximizes accessibility and functionality in repository of all sizes in business and increases communication and collaboration.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Dokmee has a user friendly user interface and very intutive with little training needed.I like that we can share files and collaborate easily wher mutple users can view files simulatenously.It offers e-signature tools where we can sign docuemnts fast and easily on the same platform.Its powerful search capabilities enalbes us to find files easily and fast saving time for us.

What do you dislike most about this product?

We have experienced errors and slow process when uploading large files into the system but we solved it by reducing the batch size when uploading.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Dokmee offers exception security measures and it is a smart and flexible choice for any size of organization.
