What differentiates Dokmee DMS from other similar products?
Dookme helps us a lot in managing, storing, and retrieving files with much higher efficiency. Many features make it unique among other similar products such as its intuitive interface allows the user to adapt themselves according to the required environment. This product also supports finding various documents through different methods.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It offers a wide array of features for our official use which helps us in capturing documents, collaboration, and security. It has become a robust tool for our business to streamline our document workflow. Its user-friendly interface helps a lot to navigate and manage the data. It includes many other processes if needed to support documents such as scanning, importing, and uploading, thus making it adaptable for multiple sources.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Although my working experience with Dookme is going very well yes there are some downsides too, which need attention. For example, its initial setup is a bit complex, which demands configuration with focus and a much longer time to deal with it. The beginners of our organization encounter challenges.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It is a powerful DMS solution. First, hold training for your team or specifically for those who don't have a basic understanding of using this product. Because a well-aware team will help you to get maximum benefits out of doomed. Also, take maximum advantage of its customized workflow to tailor it according to your business needs.

Maybe Mobile access and performance could be smoother in certain situations.

Start small and let Dokmee handle the boring stuff. Get organized from day one, or it’ll fight you later. Spend a little time setting it up, and the automation and search features will save you hours. Begin with a few team members first, then roll it out company-wide, and don’t try to use every feature at once focus on what matters most.

DOKMEE is Complete User Friendly Product, where a Non Techincal persons also can be used without any technical knowledge.

OCR works as back end thread, which made the application fast accessible and quick retrieval of digital document.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I like all the features, If dokmee comes up with new features like AI automation feature will be more advantage.
