What differentiates Dokmee DMS from other similar products?

Ease of use, cost effective. Plenty of useful features. Easy to maintain and support. Great support.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Setting up smart ocr zones for our scanned documents is so easy but comprehensive, it also has an excellent sucess rate at detecting the correct info.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Only issue we have had is the latest version of dokmee capture did not work with our scanner so had to buy a new scanner.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Main two things are, firstly do you want on prem or cloud version. Also for dokmee capture do you require standalone or network

Dokmee is a flexible option, it is efficient, cost-effective and easy to use. Ideal for many document management needs such as synchronization and reliable storage.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

DOKMEE DMS, I like its functions of scanning, capturing, organizing and sharing, synchronizing and storing documents quickly through its flexible and incredibly easy-to-use interface.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There are no dislikes or negative aspects,

It is a secure and easy-to-use document software, suitable for a wide variety of purposes or needs, such as capturing, synchronizing and reliable document storage. Try it, it is efficient, profitable and easy to use.

What differentiates Dokmee DMS from other similar products?

Dokmee DMS is the top performer in the field of document management, with a modular architecture that is simple to use and has complete DMS features. Moreover, it has powerful workflow capabilities and simplicity of usage. I also adore that they also pay attention to consumer requirements and incorporate any features that users desire.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

In my opinion, Dokmee DMS is the quickest way for me to store and retrieve my documents as all data of my organization is saved on the cloud so it can be accessed from anywhere. By creating a private link for the document, sharing or forwarding it over can be processed. It totally changes the old way of working and keeps all of the documents organized way.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Just because a few document file extensions cannot be read by this application, integration with other document-generating programs such as Microsoft Office or LibreOffice is not easy. Another problem is that I have to explicitly correct the layout of the older file extension since it will alter it.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Dokmee DMS changes the way of our work as it changes my physical form document into digital form and has made the document more accessible. All of the documents are saved on the cloud storage, making them accessible from anywhere and at any time.
