What differentiates Dokmee DMS from other similar products?

Dokmee DMS is a simple but powerful software that helps to keep an accurate order of my documents, edit them, store them and find them easily and quickly. It allows you to manage an active and collaborative workflow between different sectors of the company.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I have been amazed at how intuitive it is, especially when I have to find documents among the thousands I manage. I like being able to convert documents into other formats to adapt them to the projects and marketing campaigns I manage.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I have nothing negative to say about this software, so far I think it's excellent.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend other companies that wish to implement this solution to rely on the support team during the implementation.

What differentiates Dokmee DMS from other similar products?

It is a complete tool to manage, share, modify and analyze documents and information among the different sectors of the company, helps to centralize the information which improves the ability to access it. It has a friendly interface with the user and although at the beginning it is somewhat complex to understand, it quickly became the most used tool for drawing up collective strategies.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like the flexibility to correctly manage documents with different formators and allow for quick conversion.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I think it is a very efficient tool, we have only detected problems in searching for text in scanned documents.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend intensive staff training as the learning curve is somewhat steep.

What differentiates Dokmee DMS from other similar products?

It is a great platform for collaboration, our team is numerous and the documents and files for dismissals and new hires are variable, having all my documents in order is very important since I handle different formats for conversion. I can manage all my files from my mobile phone and find what I need with a simple search. It's quick to file the documents correctly so they can be found by the whole work group. It allows me to find words in the documents and profiles of applicants to work in my company and allows me to direct those files to other sectors of the company more quickly.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like the system for archiving and managing documents of different formats that make up applicant and employee profiles.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It takes a lot of attention and practice to learn how to use it.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend a training with documentation and consultations to the support team.
