What differentiates DeskTime from other similar products?
Quality of Features all around the UI is the best! Their pricing I feel is best in the industry. Best Bang for buck.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Their support reminds me of another company I've used in the past called Datto, with data backups. They are just as swift and great as them.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Picky I know, but the 3rd Part integrations could be better. Not the worst by any means!
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Reward customers who have stuck with you each year, that would be cool. Like send them some swag stickers or hats. Just a little thank-you for using them.
