What differentiates Deltek WorkBook from other similar products?

The retainer tracking, but the time tracking and task features are difficult to use.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

We can track budget against retainer cost.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It spins consistently and the task management system is not easy to understand. I've used 4 different project management platforms and this one is by far the least user friendly.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you're looking for a way to track budget against retainers, it will do that. Do not recommend for task management. I've started using Trello instead.
