Quote & Invoice sections are not flexible enough for my industry requirements.

If you are importing existing information, clean up your records [make labels & categories uniform]before you start.

The customer service team is incredibly responsive and very helpful.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

We're still learning everything it can do. So far it does everything we need it to.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I need to find time to learn more about things like pipelines.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This is a wonderful platform for any SMB. It's ease of use combined with responsive customer service makes this a real winner !
