What differentiates Datto RMM from other similar products?

You want the best backup solution in the industry? Go with Datto. Their support is second to NONE. The products they have are the best. The UI is awesome!

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Being able to sleep at night. Because I know Datto has my back. The best is the business

What do you dislike most about this product?

The Roadmap has sucked the past two years. Point blank.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Get the iOS app more up to date. Help us iPad users out!

What differentiates Datto RMM from other similar products?

RMM have a big catalog off addons

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

that would be the catalog, we use like 15 apps, and, with RMM we manage to find almost all of then and have it in one dashboard

What do you dislike most about this product?

some addons dont work properly, the can crash in any moment and you have to re install it

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

you can try it, have a good prices and it can help you to monitor your infra and maintain the updates on time
