What differentiates Datto RMM from other similar products?

Ease of use and implementation

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Patch management and the ability to control things remotely.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Apple compatibility is pretty bad. Every time there’s a major apple macOS update it seems to break functionality and apple patch management is non existent.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you are looking for a network / windows device management this is the platform to look at for a wide variety of features.

Multiple interfaces at the moment where some features have change between interfaces

Datto RMM is feature rich, but easy to use, which is rare. They also provide 1 to 1 implementation support. It's clear the system is constantly improved with morning changes

Datto RMM is modern, slick and intuitive which makes it easy to make the most out of the product.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is not much to not like.

Make sure you invest the time in setting it up properly from the start.
