API based product. Hence any product can consume this PSP service if their existing application is built using API first architecture.

What differentiates Cybersource from other similar products?

CyberSource is a cloud-based payment management software that helps companies automate payment operations, detect fraud, and improve payment security. It offers merchants a global payment gateway that enables them to accept payments in over 190 countries, as well as a number of payment alternatives that enable them to accept payments over the phone, online, through a call center, or in person.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

What I enjoy best about CyberSource is that it has all of the information you could possibly need concerning payment transactions, and it's organized in such a way that you can find it quickly. The transaction filtering tool may appear overwhelming at first, but it is quite useful when searching for transactions that provide only partial sheets of information. Pre-rules (depending on country, quantity, and speed) are also available from CyberSource and are simple to set up.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There are no genuine disadvantages to using a cyber source; the worst feature, in my opinion, is not being able to view transactions. Furthermore, when authorizations are overturned, funds are not instantly returned to the account, but rather after 2-3 business days.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The issue we're attempting to tackle is how to manage and detect potentially dangerous or fraudulent orders effectively. We can also highlight customers that have a lengthy history of successful transactions to ensure that their transactions proceed smoothly.

What differentiates Cybersource from other similar products?

It's the most used payment management service in the market. It's the leader in the market as allows to have most of the card holders providers. With cybersource there is the possibility to accept payments from any country and in different currencies features that some software hasn't.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The platform allows to simplify payment security and manage fraud management. You can also connect the paypal making easy for customers to process payment on the web. Frauds can be easily identified and stopped. The fraud management is easy and it covers every transactions made from any card holder providers.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The Support team is not responsive sometime. It's hard to get a feedback in case of request of support related to the production of the documentation needed for internal purpose such as reconciliations and other analysis.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Cybersource is the leader in the payment management services industry. It makes life easier for businesses that use several card holder providers as the business does not need to connect individually with the providers. the platform is one of the most used to process online payments, payment security and management of frauds.
