What differentiates Cvent Attendee Hub from other similar products?
With Cvent the creation of the presentation as well as the survey questions is carried out quickly and easily at conferences and events. We solved problems for communication with our users with a more interactive system for the audience, we can also add slides directly from PowerPoint.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Mainly it is a very simple process with its implementation, we actually being very new to Cvent we had a little help from its technical support which I can say is excellent, it helped us a lot in all our doubts. It has many potential features.
What do you dislike most about this product?
From my perspective as a slightly new user, I can only say that from the first moment we have found only positive things in Cvent, we hope that later on everything will continue the same or much better.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It is very functional and software like this is always necessary where we can make the necessary conferences, through its interactive presentations that allow a better operation and offering the audience something more didactic for them.

price and inflexibility. CVENT's customer network was hit hard by COVID and travel restrictions. rather than being a partner and ally, they squeezed every cent out of their customers, essentially putting many out of business with unused annual attendee credits.

What differentiates Cvent Attendee Hub from other similar products?
The integration between the event management module, including registration, was key in our decision-making process. As prior Cvent users, onboarding was limited. They have created a powerful system, and one thing I will say about Cvent, is they do not stagnate. I was impressed that they used this platform for their first virtual event and it performed extremely well. Cvent is continually improving its product offering and this product will continue to improve as competition heats up as it relates to functionality and the ability to customize to the client's needs.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The with the Cvent Event Module. For event users, most of the attendee hub is managed through the event module with add-ons such as the Appointments Module for networking. The Cvent Attendee Hub is basically DIY but for the first go-'round, you should consider their 360 Production Services for the added expertise which can get a little pricey. That said, I have a great sales team and Cvent has always found a workaround where functionality was lacking and takes improvement feedback seriously.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Some functionality features are still lacking. I would like to see more flexibility with managing some of the virtual assets and engagement. For example, they currently offer upvoting of Q&A but written response is not yet available (it's on the road map but too late for my upcoming event). This is something I would think would be available with the initial release, right?
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Visit the support community and read up on what the VAH can and can't do. Look at your budget and look at all the bells and whistles to determine your ROI. If you are a small organization, budget for the Cvent's production services to initially get you up and running and pay for the extra support on the day of (unless you have techno wizards within your organization AND enough staff to manage all your needs, such as zoom room monitors for peer to peer sessions, etc).
Pros
- Continually Improving Product
- Client Friendly Policies
- Includes Product Enhancements
- Friendly Negotiation
