What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Personally, I appreciate Craft.io’s seamless integration with Jira and Power BI. This integration allows for efficient collaboration and streamlined requirements gathering.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Certain features in Craft.io are not immediately obvious or intuitive to find. For example, editing labels is not straightforward. Additionally, there’s a desire for GitLab integration, which would enhance the platform’s compatibility with GitLab as an issue tracker.
