What differentiates Cradlepoint NetCloud Exchange from other similar products?

I have not had experience with other products, but NetCloud has made installing and configuring modems on buses much easier. That avoids having to visit a vehicle physically. Reports and status help a great deal.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Being able to configure and reboot devices, among checking status.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is not much to dislike about the product.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Ensure you have the infrastructure and staff to install and configure the modems correctly, so communication with NetCloud is not hindered.

Easy to use phone app

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Grouping modems by feature set and software loaded.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Phone app is mostly view only and not interactive with modem

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you have more than 20 modems, it saves time by not needing to touch each modem to configure features. Easy upgrade path
