What differentiates Conga CPQ from other similar products?

I love the fact they have a full CPQ functionality which ties into their CLM product. The x Author for word is excellent in template administration.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The robustness and all of the features.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Having to contact first level support. It's always a challenge

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This is a great, robust tool. Able to seamlessly plug into Salesforce and customize.
