What differentiates Conga CPQ from other similar products?

It is possible to customize discounts bundles and approval workflows according to business logic. Strong salesforce ecosystem compatibility crm workflows feel naturally connected.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Conga cpqs focus isn't just on quoting, but on optimizing the complete quote to revenue workflow. Proposal document automation felt quite mature compared to competitors.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The learning curve is noticeable understanding workflows can be initially difficult especially for non technical sales teams. The ui sometimes feels outdated and cluttered compared to newer saas products.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

A product manager's perspective this is especially valuable for enterprise and organizations where quoting complexity and approval governance are important.

Thanks to Conga CPQ, our quoting process is now more efficient and accurate, meaning sales cycles are shorter and revenue increases. For our sales operations, it's a big deal.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The basic CPQ product was first presented as if it met all the company's requirements; however, our organization had some unique needs that needed to be addressed.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Due to the vendor's focus on "selling licenses", support can be a headache. However, we are now better at tracking customer and user cases
