What differentiates Confluence from other similar products?

Confluence integrates with all other Atlassian products which makes project and product management as seamless an experience as you can get The templates that are easy to use, easy to be viewed by colleagues, easy to piblish information, easy to keep information private, blog page for internal use, collaborating on the same document, its all amazing

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The layout and the organization of Confluence makes it easy to keep track of everything I'm working on with my team and makes it easy to look back on when I need to report on my work.

What do you dislike most about this product?

An issue that users can face when using Confluence is attempting to edit a document while someone else is editing.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Understanding which pages you need to complete a process or solve a problem is not always apparent. It often takes several searches and parsing through the results to find what you think is the right content Plus, the integration with JIRA is super handy too.

What differentiates Confluence from other similar products?

I love that you can build custom pages and reports to meet your needs. Unique templates make standardization easy. The various macros are very interesting and I'm always learning

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The level of control the end user has. Permissions, structure, look and feel without being dependant on admin support. I can research how to do anything

What do you dislike most about this product?

The site is not very responsive when switching to phone. Also limited functionality Export functionality is also limited. No excel export and no way to define the page setup of an export

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Confluence is the artifact and collaboration back bone of a business. From admin like finance departments to document wiki or document approvals. It's great
