What differentiates Confluence from other similar products?

Confluence has a breadth of excellent features that can be used for document hosting and sharing as well as creating content directly within the application.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Ability to create content directly within the application and share it with others.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The fact that anyone can edit the content (unless strict access control has been implemented), this makes version control difficult to manage.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This is an excellent application to host, share as well as create content for the organisation.

What differentiates Confluence from other similar products?

Confluence has an excellent search feature. It also allows for very organized structure of documents, along with version history and access control features.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Confluence has excellent search to find any document accurately.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I dislike that Confluence does not have the best integration with other products such as Microsoft Teams.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would highly recommend Confluence for documentation of any kind. It is very versatile and easy to use.
