What differentiates Confluence from other similar products?

Confluence creates a great workplace portal for managing the documents. Once a update is made to the document, it brings up the key changes to highlight the areas where updates have been made.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The ability to share documents in cloud with the teams with being able to store as a knowledge base.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The interface is somewhat intimidating to use, it’s very easy to get lost from all the placeholders.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Decent tool for managing the documents for the organization, better than Google suites in terms of options.

What differentiates Confluence from other similar products?

Easy to bundle with the rest Attlasian products suite.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Easy to set it up, but hard to maintain. They stop supporting the product so we migrate to another system.

What do you dislike most about this product?

No SEO capabilities. Extremely hard to use for marketeers and non IT experts.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Better to avoid the mess.
