What differentiates Confluence from other similar products?

Extraordinary platform with multiple options for growing a collaborative group in an optimal way. Offers numerous integrations with third-party platforms that help improve productivity. Integration with other enterprise products. It is easy to implement to fit any budget, being more optimized than other platforms and can help any company to expand its operations.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

We improved with the use of page tagging which allows our company to establish shared workspaces where employees can efficiently complete a wide range of tasks and macros that allow dynamic elements to be introduced on confluence pages based on tags and linked pages are great internal pages.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Having great features as very comprehensive software some of our less tech savvy users found it difficult to learn how to use the site. With lots of features to deal with complaints and software people, but if you are not a person familiar with how these softwares interact with each other, it becomes quite complex and somewhat difficult to navigate and configure for any valuable use a support service with multiple languages not just English.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If the goal of an organization is to increase productivity by a favorable percentage, then Atlassian Confluence is the tool for you, as it facilitates the creation of multiple shared workspaces and interaction, such as workflow as well as productivity. It is perfect for organizing a lot of knowledge, instructions and team agreements. It has really helped my group maximize our time and share information in the most efficient way.

What differentiates Confluence from other similar products?

A perfect integration with the ecosystem (Jira, for instance); a good integration with other corporate systems.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Tables - they are quite well designed.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The UX and UI. It's not a pleasure to work with Confluence and sometimes it's hard to find a proper feature.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
