Confluence is an excellent platform for team to collaborate and manage their documentation, projects, resources, timelines, reporting etc. It is feature rich and provides almost every feature that is required to manage things at an ease. It can act as a central repository for the teams and help avoid extensive documents to be electronically transferred over the mails causing unnecessary overhead. Instead one may upload the documents on confluence and share the access rights to the intended people thus achieving the required security.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Integration with popular software life cycle management platforms like JIRA and Rally has indeed helped users to link user stories to heavily sized documents on confluence at ease. A good level of traceability is achieved helping users to refer the right documentation for a respective requirement captured on JIRA/rally etc.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes, the search feature loads un-necessary results in the result set, thus causing an extra effort to be spent in order to find the documentation the user is looking for.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

On and all, Confluence is an excellent platform for the teams to collaborate and helps them to drive the project delivery relatively smoother. There are some wonderful features from reporting standpoint which helps teams to reflect the work down in the best possible way for management to understand and drive value out of it. For any organization, this should be a considerably good pick.

It can convert any external documents into a confluence page is one of the key ability it has to offer.

- I can document anything and share with any person in the organization . - Publish functionality is one the best thing I like it - Different kinds of code snippets, info panel , quote, decision , file and images , emojis , warning panel , success panels , erro panels , note panel , info panel , tables we can inserts - Ability to put restrictions

Nothing much I don't like about it

If you wish to document project related information and attach different kinds of files then this is the best product to have . This is the safest product for managing documents and sharing no matter what is the size of the company

Confluence has changed itself very much from the we were using , every time it has updated itself and now has become internal part of any company. Everything related to projects , people , documents can be very well maintained. shared among desired people . It helps in maintaining transparency within the organization / project level. This is a wonderful product because it can solve all your business needs and problems.

We can upload any kind of document and share the same with anyone . Especially the notification part , which keeps everyone updated.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Not at all , everything is is place with confluence

Perfect product for any kind of company small, mid , big . The kind of features it has to offer is complete and robust. Atlassian's tools have identified all user issues and delivered it accordingly !
