What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Confluence is a collaborative wiki that simplifies project planning, editing, multiple notes, task assignments, and feedback. It centralizes meetings, decisions, PRD, sprints, and outside documents. Confluence can organize and locate a lot of project documentation that is customizable and accessible to stakeholders and clients. What do you dislike most about this product?

Confluence's interface is confusing, and the preview function has issues rendering pages with scripts embedded within them. The fact that even a single corrupt page can bring an entire file to a halt is hugely frustrating to me. Unfortunately, it's not always clear which links go to which page in Confluence, given that the same page can have both long and short URLs.

What differentiates Confluence from other similar products?

Confluence has been very useful to create and develop our projects in an orderly and efficient way, because it allows us to add all the information, files, images, links, etc., of our projects in an orderly way, so that no document is lost and everything is easily accessible. It has a search engine and different filters to quickly find the information you need.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It has a security system in roles, which allows to give or deny access, protecting confidential information. We can also add tasks, assign them and leave comments on them, to make it easier to execute them. It has a Gantt chart that allows us to have a better view of the projects and thus know their progress quickly.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The program is robust and complete, so it can be complicated to know and use all its tools, especially the most hidden ones. I would also like to be able to easily move a task to another project, without having to write it and add it again for that project.

This program is all we need to be organized with our projects. It made our work easier since we have all the documentation of each project in an orderly manner and with easy access. It is also a reliable crm that helps us to organize our activities. Everything is always at hand in a single program.
