What differentiates Confluence from other similar products?
It offers a free version in which allows you to create unlimited number of pages, spaces and files. It also has an intuitive user interface.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It has more than 70 templates that are organized according to team roles. Its ensures security of our data since it encrypts data both in transit and at rest. It easily integrates with other software, such as Google Docs, Dropbox and Trello.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Unless we integrate it with other apps like slack, our team cannot chat in real-time.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
They should give it a try. It has helped us in project management since every employee can contribute their ideas, which help us in better decision making.

What differentiates Confluence from other similar products?
I do not know any other product to keep information and share for the whole team

The structure we can create as a tree, when you click on it, it will show the tabs under it listed.
What do you dislike most about this product?
When you click on a url from a confluence page, it opens a new tab with the same confluence page. I guess this is bug and it will be resolved soonest.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
This software is great for managing client for B2B bussiness.
