Number of features. Ease of use. High level of organization.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Being able to create a single hub for all aspects of our business. We can provide timelines, due dates, structured and organized information, and more to everyone in one place.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I don't think there is anything that i dislike about ClickUp so far.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Learn about the structure and functionalities of the spaces, folders, lists, and docs before you start building your organizational systems.

What differentiates ClickUp from other similar products?

With a lean staff, ClickUp has helped us improve our efficiency by helping us to stay on task without unnecessary repetitive processes we would previously do to ensure tasks get done, more accountability with nearly zero micromanaging, overall we are more productive than using ClickUp than if we had hired on two new people on staff. That’s huge!

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I found ClickUp to be the most flexible project management and it comprises of maximum features in order to satisfy users. It is not only based on task management capabilities but also offers a variety of other interesting features such as calendars, schedule making, setting reminders, and goals. I strongly appreciate its vibrant team that plays a significant role in its development. It also helps team leaders and other project managers in creating and assigning tasks to other team members and coworkers.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The biggest drawback I have found is that you cannot nest sub-tasks. A task can have subtasks, but a subtask cannot have a subtask. You can work around this on smaller projects by setting up folders and lists for the highest levels of your hierarchy, but for complex projects, one level deep in the task structure is not enough. Their website says that functionality is under development, but it has said that for over a year.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Remote work is simplified with ClickUp helping us manage all our projects anywhere at any time. We can easily assign tasks, set priorities, track projects, and collaborate all under one single platform. Speed is important to us but also accuracy is everything. ClickUp helps us complete and deliver projects on time with a high level of accuracy. We are now more organized and ready to add more projects to our timeline as management of projects is now a smooth process.

What differentiates ClickUp from other similar products?

Compared to other applications, this includes a free version which has everything you need to organize your activities and your work team.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The system is so intuitive that despite being so complete it is very easy to work with it. Personally, I love its organizer with trello-like tabs, and its google-like calendar with the option to measure the time spent on a project, as well as its configuration for the start and end dates of delivery.

What do you dislike most about this product?

ClickUp is the most complete, effective and economical management tool that you will find. I recommend you try it, it is very good and ideal.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you are taking your projects with other applications, it is possible to migrate to ClickUp in a simple way. The compatible applications to import are, Excel, Jira, monday, todolist, basecamp, asana, trello, airtable. In addition, this management tool allows you to link your storage accounts Google Drive, DropBox, etc. And in the same way you can link your email accounts from google, office, among others.
