What differentiates ClickUp from other similar products?

Very user-friendly and customizable while keeping you focused on the necessary tasks at hand- the free version provides an excellent base program and the paid versions solely add additional value. Works great for collaboration with my team tand he combination with Microsoft teams (even though you don’t would like it- you’ll share boards and messages right within the platform itself). I like that I can set conditional values like x can’t be completed till y is current but y can not be started until z is finished.

What do you dislike most about this product?

If you mistakenly put one thing in a to-do list rather than on your board itself you cant simply move it to an in-progress category- you’ve got to delete/reenter… I do know that’s not extremely something worth complaining about however I find it annoying since that’s the failure of the phone app.

With trying to be so many different things at once, you run into the problem of a complex and at times confusing product. The UX/UI could use some work - which I know that they've been focusing on lately.

Go ahead and give it a try for yourself. It can go toe to toe with other project management software and you may find that it fits your exact needs.

What differentiates ClickUp from other similar products?

All of the templates and their adaptability give a clear picture of the possibilities. Fortunately, the Clickup university and other resources, such as videos, make a wealth of learning readily available. This makes it simpler for me to keep track of the many projects on which my team is currently working, allowing me to better allocate resources and time.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Organization of a little project. It sits perfectly in the middle of the two extremes: too basic and too complex. When it comes to connecting chores and keeping track of them all in one location, there is no limit to the possibilities. To have all my work documented correctly, it's nice that you can insert comments and embeds, even Genially.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Even if you think you're on a subpage of a document, it might be difficult to tell. It's difficult to see the differences between two templates with the same name.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

When it comes to keeping track of everything that is going on in my life, Clickup has been a lifesaver. In comparison to Asana and Trello, it's a lot more feature rich. They offer a lot of cool widgets and connectors in their task tool, which allows for a lot of personalization. It does, in fact, aid in increasing output.
