We put all our content through claude all the suggestions there are so much more creative. It is the best because it actually knows how to talk to our customers. We can feed it past blogs and it learns how we speak directly to our customers.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Vast power of the artifacts window to create svgs and react components is huge in our design process because we can very quickly prototype an idea without opening figma and get to writing a note about the idea wherever i happen to be. Browsing through the phone is also great when i have a random thought that i want to commit to paper.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It occasionally is a bit wordy, we tell it to be concise fairly frequently because it has a tendency to elaborate itself a bit too much within the chat window.

When it comes to marketing or producing content, there is no question about who is better than claude, the most advanced writing and strategy company there is.

We use claude to help draft our technical support docs and it's been a massive help. Is the best because it can take a rough set of notes from an engineer and turn them into a clear, user-friendly guide. Understands technical nuances that other ais often get wrong, making our documentation much more accurate.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The artifacts feature is great to demonstrate snippets of code and terminals command in an easy-to-understand format. Its ease to let our users copy and paste the things they need. The mobile app is also great to check doc while we are away from our desk. The speed is also a huge plus point for our fast-paced environment.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It can be a bit too conservative when questioned about specific bugs in software, sometimes resorting to a generic "contact support" answer rather than trying to help solve the problem.
