What differentiates Classy from other similar products?

The Classy support team are attentive and responsive. Every one there is smart and nice!

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The Classy platform is easy to use, both for the staff and our volunteer fundraisers

What do you dislike most about this product?

The fees are a little high and I wish there were more customisation options for emails and page design

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Classy is very appropriate for organisations that are wishing to fundraise or use it as a CRM. Probably small-medium organisations that want a simple user experience with a lot of power built-in.
