multitude of features with ease of implementation and use for back end and front end users.

The number of features available and user interface is super friendly and modern

What do you dislike most about this product?

updating of employee records can be quite complex and unnecessarily complicated, especially if transferring from one entity to the other.

make sure the structure of the organization fits the product and utilize the full modules.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is an easy tool to use, it is a good database for HR but for example in terms of performance it has a lot to improve. Even though they always try to implement new things, the tool is still not user friendly and the mobile application does not work well. I consider that due to the economic cost it has, it is a good tool for companies with no more than 150 employees.
