What differentiates Cato Edge SD-WAN from other similar products?
The focus and dedication of the solution is key rather than offering a range of services which allows them to do what they do very well.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The single egress point from the disparate wan devices allowing for ip whitelisting in cloud services is a great feature.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The cost of shipping of the endpoint units.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
give it a go, use the trial and see just how flexible and powerful it is.

What differentiates Cato Edge SD-WAN from other similar products?
1) Built-in security : No need of any additional product required to add network security. 2) Easy Implementation : Almost plug and play for newly adding sites. 3) User Friendly portal to see all the details/ Logs. 4) Optimized path giving you lesser latency to clouds & other sites 5) Application / web-filtering , QoS inbuit with no extra cost
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Security + Easy Implementation It has Web Filtering/ IPS/ Anti-Malware . so no need to add extra security device. though IPS & Anti-Malware need separate CATO License.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Customer Support & Troubleshoot. They have small customer support team in Singapore. But Their main technical team is in Isreal. so due to the different time zone, sometimes, during major outages, difficult to get support from technical team. however Singapore team is supporting as much as they can.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
This is very easy to setup and coming with Security Features. if you have multiple sites in different geographical areas/ countries , It will give you optimized latency / east to setup & administrate along with network security, that will help you to manage your all the site's in a single CATO dashboard. And you can get all the required statistics/ logs from the Dashboard in a clear way. this product is Easy to Use but Powerful .
