Haven't seen other products with similar characteristics, but it's certainly easier to customise than most of the CRMs I've used

There are too many things happening at once - sometimes it makes it hard to focus on the essentials

Ease of use, pricing is fair, customization is easy for the user to do, CS support is fantastic

Clear view into the ongoing health and management of customers by the CS representatives who leverage and manage Catalyst

I like all of it to be honest

Buy it! It is so much better than other CS focused CRM systems I've purchased / used at past companies

What differentiates Catalyst from other similar products?

Catalyst is a very intuitive tool that can help you register and improve the way you work. And keep track of your tasks.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Task manager It is a great feature that will allow you to standardize tasks you do very often. By creating templates of how an Onboarding process looks like and what tasks are supposed to be done or to do QBRs, it will allow you to save the exact step by step and edit it tailored to you customer needs

What do you dislike most about this product?

Is not a big thing but the fact that I can't create alerts to notify other users that something is happening or that a customer is trending down/up. Mainly alerts are through tasks placed for others

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you want to have a great customer success tool this is the one you want. It's quite a similar to other customer success tools but this one will give you the chance or the opportunity to easily understand how it works and improve your employees performance by having a tenderized process of onboarding, renewals or similar things
