What differentiates Bynder DAM from other similar products?

Bynder DAM contains so many features that are more unique and valuable for example, every member of our team is familiar with the tool's day-to-day operations, setup, and taxonomy with only a minimal amount of training; in addition to strong access controls in place for external stakeholders, we have been able to centralize all of our existing content, which is essential for our operations. We are no longer concerned about sharing the incorrect files with the incorrect individuals.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Overall, I enjoy this software, I find it to be usually user-friendly. It is really helpful to me in organizing my users and my assets. I adore its relatively wide capabilities, such as a video brand studio, workflow manager, and digital asset management infrastructure. The homepage is really great, and we look forward to personalizing it for the various company groups so that we can work together and communicate more effectively on our initiatives.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Some of the issues that I face with Bynder DAM are issues with responsiveness and load time constant, setting up functionality and permission levels is a real hassle, and the initial setup was not adequately explained.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is really helpful for us in concentrating all of our digital assets in a single location and saving time when locating what we need although non-technical users like it because we can create stunning assets from pre-set templates without bothering the creative team. Bynder is constantly adding useful new features.

The site is easy to use, comprehend, and navigate. The onboarding process was wonderful and efficient. We can centralize all of our digital assets in one location and save time by quickly locating what we're looking for. By using the templates module, we also tend to save the most time while creating assets.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

We are frequently pleased with the product solution and believe it to be far better than the alternatives we considered throughout the review period. Bynder acts as a solitary source of reality for our virtual assets, cutting down on the time spent looking for assets and assuming that the assets we're looking at are the suitable versions and improving the efficiency of interacting with our virtual assets within the company and with our external partners.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The download feature is what I dislike. Although it appears simpler from the home screen, we must open each one. Bynder allows users to attach many levels of information to files. It's great but I'd appreciate some "Macro views" and maybe pre-set boards based on the use case.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

After evaluating various choices, we decided on Bynder since it is extremely reliable, adaptable, simple to use, and intuitive. It's a terrific choice for rapidly expanding businesses with large asset management needs in the sales or marketing departments. I had a great time with Bynder and recommend others to use it.
