What differentiates Bullhorn ATS & CRM from other similar products?
Bullhorn gives you the opportunity to gain experience tracking different clients' movements, positions, and candidates. Additionally, it provides the potential to simultaneously publish job openings on a number of job portals and get a large number of applications directly to the portal. provides a sidebar so that you may write notes and quickly retrieve the candidate's information.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Bullhorn's ability to link to Sense through my placements and send out automated messages for first-day checks, end-of-week checks, etc. allows me to stay in touch with my employees and learn about their problems as well.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Finding names can be quite difficult because duplicate contacts are a problem when they are added automatically as opposed to inbound, when notes may be lost.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Bullhorn Give the greatest experience possible when it comes to recruitment-related tasks, including finding the ideal candidates and onboarding them.

What differentiates Bullhorn ATS & CRM from other similar products?
When compared to similar programs, this one stands out due to its user-friendliness and simplicity of use. Even a novice user will have no trouble getting around the interface and finding the information they seek.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
From my perspective, Bullhorn ATS is a fantastic ATS because it has many features that streamline the hiring process. Bullhorn ATS's intuitive design and simple interface are two of my favorite features, as they facilitate speedy navigation and the completion of common recruiting tasks like the review of candidate applications and correspondence. Bullhorn ATS also has excellent reporting and analytics features, so I can evaluate the success of my hiring efforts.
What do you dislike most about this product?
One of Bullhorn ATS's major flaws, in my opinion, is a deficiency in customer service and online documentation. When I've run into problems or needed help with the system, I've discovered that the customer service team is only accessible to the system's admin users. Because of this, I had a hard time getting issues fixed or receiving assistance when I needed it. On top of that, Bullhorn's documentation and tutorials weren't always straightforward to follow. As a result, I had a hard time getting a handle on the system, and I frequently wasted a lot of time trying to find out how to do things.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I think it's a great tool that's simple to pick up and go around in, so I'm happy to recommend it. Rather of rushing to finish extensive customizations and automations, it is wise to first familiarize oneself with the many useful tools already provided.
