Another similar platform usually offers complex interfaces, whereas Brevo simplifies the complex designing process while preserving the standards of functionality. It offers detailed segmentation capabilities by helping us to generate targeted segments constructed on customized data, the behavior of customers, and their demographics to make sure that every email resonates with its customers. It also assists in the automation of different workloads including post-purchase follow-ups and cart recoveries. It is my favorite due to its easiness, powerful automation, and personalized capabilities.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It lacks in having less comprehensive CRM capabilities as it does not facilitate pre-built CRM involving the need for third-party integration in the case when we are relying on inbound marketing for our campaigns. This results in increased complexity.
